Fabric and why it matters

240 GSM French terry: a knitted fabric that is looped on the inside and smooth on the outside. GSM means grams per square metre, so 240 GSM is a comfortable mid-weight: soft and substantial, but not heavy like fleece.

Undyed inner face: the stripe is printed on the outer face only. The looped side against your child is RFD cotton (ready for dyeing), which means it has been prepared but never dyed.

Under 5% shrinkage: the fabric is compacted before cutting, pre-shrunk in our own factory and wash-tested. Yellow shows marks more than a mid-tone, so this is a wash-often pair, and frequent washing will not cost you the fit.

No polyester, ever: only natural, skin-safe fibres that breathe in Indian weather.

Frequently asked questions
Will yellow get stained quickly?
Light colours do show marks sooner than mid-tones. The good news is that this fabric is compacted and pre-shrunk, so it handles frequent washing without losing its fit.
What should my child wear with yellow pants?
A plain white tee is all it needs. Navy, grey and white tops also work well.
Should I size up?
Usually not. These are already sized a little bigger than most brands, so order your child's age.
