  • We have a 7 day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a Return / Exchange.

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    • We will not issue refunds for defective or damaged or products that were worn. Kindly check If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact our customer support team immediately with images and details of the issue.

    2.2 Return and Exchange:

    • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    2.3 Refund Process:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.

    • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment method.
