International Returns & Exchanges Policy

This policy applies to all orders shipped outside of India.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unsoiled, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Reverse shipping is the customer's responsibility. You will need to arrange and bear the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us.
  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for international orders.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unsoiled, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Reverse shipping for the exchange is the customer's responsibility.
  • Shipping charges will be applied again for dispatching the exchanged item(s) to you.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Please email us at mail@gozi.in with your order number and reason for return/exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping fees will not be refunded. A processing fees of Rs 500 will be deducted.Β
