Return & Exchange Policy
✅ Product Condition: Items must be unused, unsoiled, and unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
1. Exchange
- We offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
- Once your exchange request is raised, our courier partner will schedule a reverse pickup within 1–2 business days.
- After the item is picked up and received at our warehouse, it goes through a quality check. Only once it clears QC will your exchange order be dispatched.
- This process typically takes 7–10 working days from the date of pickup.
- Exchange is available once per order.
- No reverse pickup charges for exchanges — we cover the cost of pickup and fulfillment of the exchange order.
Reverse Pickup
- Scheduled within 1–2 business days of raising a request.
- Available in limited areas.
- If reverse pickup is unavailable at your pincode, you will need to self-ship the item back — our team will guide you through the process.
Return / Refund
- A flat fee of ₹200 plus COD charges of ₹100 will be deducted for each return.
- The remaining amount will be credited back to you.
- If the error is from our end, you will receive a full refund.
- If an order is refused or cancelled post-dispatch, applicable shipping and RTO charges will be deducted from the refund.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds:
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.
- We do not issue refunds for products that have been worn or used. If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact our customer support team immediately with images and details of the issue.
2.2 Condition for Refund Eligibility:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
2.3 Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund via email.
2.4 Refund Timeframe:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Time to reflect in your account may vary by payment method.
